Thank you for your continued patronage! 10% of your sale proceeds will always be donated in memory of my son, Henry Schofield, to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. All proceeds will be sent on a quarterly basis. PLACING YOUR ORDER
All orders are processed through the Paypal website, under our sister company PAPERLOVE INVITATIONS. All major credit cards are accepted, and every transaction is secure. A Paypal account IS NOT required.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
PaperLove's® Jewelry Box accepts all major credit cards through the Paypal website. PaperLove's Jewelry Box is a sister company of PaperLove Invitations, therefore, your credit card statement will reflect that your purchase has been made under PaperLove Invitations.

SECURITY
PaperLove's® Jewelry Box makes your information security our first priority. All online transactions are securely on the Paypal website and processed by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption standard, the highest security system throughout the internet. SSL is used to encrypt sensitive data such as your personal information.

TAXES
Orders that are shipped to destinations in Illinois are subject to a 10% sales tax. Sales tax will be added and reflected on your electronic email confirmation.

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, which is generally delivered within 2-3 days. Delivery Confirmation is an additional service that we add to your shipment to ensure safe delivery. A handling fee will also be applied. Please note: Although PaperLove's® Jewelry Box goes to great effort to ensure every package is delivered safely, PaperLove's® Jewelry Box is not responsible for damages incurred in shipping.

Please allow the following time frame for delivery:
Necklace Orders: Will be shipped within 2-3 days of placing your order. You will receive an electronic shipping notification of when your item ships.
Bracelets from Aries Designs: These handmade bracelets are designed and made custom for you and will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of placing your order. All bracelet orders are shipped direct from Aries Designs, located in sunny California.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING
International orders are accepted, but per circumstance. Please email us to see if we ship to your county and which product number your interested in. We will then create a custom invoice for you, payable through Paypal.

RETURN POLICY
Please note that PaperLove's® Jewelry Box goes to great lengths to represent and describe our jewelry accurately, however, computer monitor colors may vary from monitor to monitor. Please also be sure to double check your order before finalizing the order process. Items returned in any condition suggesting damage or wear may be deemed unreturnable.

Necklaces: Necklace orders may be returned within 7 days from when your electronic shipping notification was sent. Please e-mail us first to let us know its coming. All necklaces must be unworn and in the original packaging, and in the same condition as it was sent. A $25 restocking fee will be applied to each and all necklaces returned. Shipping will not be refunded. Shipping charges on returns are your responsibility.

Bracelets from Aries Designs: These handmade bracelets are designed and made custom for you, therefore, all handmade designs by Aries Designs cannot be returned.

SAFETY WARNING
In regards to all baby and children handmade bracelets purchased: All baby(child) bracelets contain very small pieces of jewelry. These include beads, swarovski crystals, sterling letters etc. Therefore, if a bracelet breaks, these small components could provide a CHOKING HAZARD to the baby(child). It is advised that if your child is less than 3 years of age, always supervise your child and never leave them unattended while they are wearing a baby bracelet.
